My name is Isabel Lazo, I’m a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in the San Francisco Bay Area, California. I have more than half a decade of experience working with children, adolescents and adults in both English and Spanish.
I use a variety of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Behavioral Therapy, Strength Based Therapy and Trauma Informed Care.
I believe that everyone has the potential for growth and change. My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that each individual has unique strengths, experiences and challenges. I work collaboratively with my clients to develop effective strategies to navigate those challenges, find the strength to achieve positive change and the person they would like to become.
